# Variable products won’t sync

 * Hi!
 * I have a problem with syncing my variable products with FB. The simple products
   sync perfectly, but only a few of the variable products show up. I’ve read all
   the other topics about this problem and tried the suggested solutions, but it
   doesn’t fix my problem. My variations are all less than 50 for each product.
 * I have set the right setting in the plugin and did not exclude any category, 
   see:

 * In the products overview in Woocommerce, the variable products have the label:
   do not sync, see screenshot:

 * In the product variations setting I have set the variation on “sync and show”,

 * In the FB product sync settings, all the variations do get different ID numbers,

 * Some additional information. I think I’ve narrowed down the problem. I used the“
   delete” option from the Facebook Product Sync option on the product page. And
   now it states that the product description is too long.
 * On instagram, I can see that the product description is not the actual product
   description, but that your plugin takes my whole page builder html coding as 
   the product description.

 * Can you please share the product URL which is not syncing?
 * Also, enabled debug log from **Marketing > Facebook > Connection** page:

 * Check the log under the **WooCommerce > Status > Logs** page and see if you can
   notice any specific error message. You can also share the log with us as well.

 * Are you using page builders to add the main description of the product? Facebook
   for WooCommerce will try to sync everything from the description area and it 
   won’t strip down the custom code added by your page builder.
 * I’ll recommend trying with a simple description area first and see if the products
   start syncing.
 * Let us know how it goes.
