variants not working

Hi,

Grateful for ideas as I’ve run out of them. The problem is probably trivial, but…. sometimes the simplest things are the least noticeable. I have the Kadence theme installed. Why doesn’t the variation filtering work on this particular page? You choose a colour – the rest hides, it works on other products, and here it doesn’t 🤔

The filtering causes a JavaScript error in a file of the “product-extras-for-woocommerce” plugin. I couldn’t find a clear source for this, at least it’s not in the ww.wp.xz.cn repository. You should contact their support for a solution.

I disabled this plug-in, but it did not affect the operation of the variants. Unfortunately this did not solve my problem.

The plugin is currently still in active use. You are using an optimisation plugin with “Redis Object Cache”. Have you also emptied its cache?

I have now switched off again. I have cleared Redis, Cache.

If you can, take a look at how smoothly it works on the other products. This plug-in does not cause this problem. I think so.

Now I no longer see the error either. Then the cause must be the Swatches plugin you are using. This is a commercial plugin with Woo Variation Swatches Pro. Please contact their support: https://getwooplugins.com/tickets/ – questions about commercial products are not allowed here in the forum.

It seems to me that this is not the problem of this plug-in. I turned it off and nothing changed. I have no idea what happened to this product anymore.

In that case, recommend getting in touch with WooCommerce’s support about this via https://woo.com/my-account/contact-support/ if you have any of their paid WooCommerce products or https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/woocommerce/ if you do not.
