# Varnish problem

 * Hello,
 * I have created a flow with a checkout and I have an error message “Sorry, your
   session has expired”.
 * I read the informations on the cartflows site, which directed me to a cache problem.
 * The site is on Cloudways. I tried to disable the cloudways cache module (Breeze).
   I also tested with wprocket.
 * I disabled all the modules to verify that there was no compatibility problem.
 * The only way I can solve the problem is to disable Varnish from the server.
 * This means that there is a problem with Varnish.
 * Do you have a solution for cartflows/varnish compatibility?

 * You will need to exclude CartFlows steps from Varnish cache using regex.
 * For further information, I recommend to check with your hosting provider.

 * Thank you for your answer.
   With the Cloudways technician, we tried to exclude
   the urls from Varnish but the problem persists.After excluding the urls, on the
   first attempt, it’s ok, but on the 2nd attempt the error message appears.We have
   excluded the exact URL (e.g. [https://domain-name/step/checkout-woo](https://domain-name/step/checkout-woo).

 * Based on your description, I think you would need to exclude cookies as well.
