    Hi,

    I have opened a ticket 1,5 year ago and you found the solution= https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/issues-with-vat-settings/

    It seems that, all of a sudden (maybe after a WC update, don’t know), my issue is back. I have not changed anything in the settings though.

    To sum up, my shop is in France so I sell VAT included for all EU countries. For the others, it is VAT excluded. However when I make a purchase simulation (on a private window) as if I were an American purchaser, the price still stays VAT included, whereas until now it changed automatically into VAT excluded when I entered the country.

    Would you please be kind and help me again?

    Did anything change in WC which requires me to update any setting?

    Hi there!

    Thank you for sharing the details about the issue. I have set some tax rates for a specific country, and I can see the values appearing without VAT when I add an address different from the country for which I set the VAT tax. This suggests there may be a setting on your site causing this issue.

    To assist you further, could you please share a screenshot of the standard tax rates you have set on your site? I can see that you have set zero rates for some countries, but I would like to review the standard tax rates you have configured.

    This is so kind of you to reply that quickly, may thanks!

    After I opened the 20% tax rate page to send you the screenshot, I noticed that there was an empty line at the end of all of them. I thought this would cause the issue. I erased it and checked: everything worked fine know.
