    HI ! I am using Tortuga wordpress theme for my website. do not work plugin VC Particles Background…!!! Can I use this plugin? I am not getting any option dashboard.Please tell me the solution…

    Hi there,

    Thanks for using Tortuga.

    Please contact the plugin developers of VC Particles Background for support. I do not know the plugin and therefore I’m not able to tell you why it is not working. I’m sorry.

    The plugin is made for the Visual Composer plugin and most likely only works for page elements of the Visual Composer plugin.
