# VEEPS Chat

 * Hi and thank you for this solution.
 * I uploaded this plugin in order to be able to take the events I create by YouTube
   to my website. So I set up an event test and I enabled VEEPS Plugin by selecting
   the checkboxes in the setting options page and as described in this page : [https://brid.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/200294142](https://brid.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/200294142)
   
   However, I can not neither change my picture, nor find anybody in the public 
   chat, although I was logged in with 2 different accounts in 2 different laptops.
 * Any help or instructions ? Thanks.

   to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please _never
   ask for credentials on these forums._
 * Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and
   a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some
   ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the
   person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.
 * If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable
   for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided
   without warranty.
 * Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking
   you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

 * Point taken and understood.
    I really try to help anyone that has issues with
   the plugin and unfortunately sometimes the only way to debug is to get back-end
   access as there are so many reasons why the plugin may not work having in mind
   WordPress as a platform.
