We checked the registration process on your site and noticed that Auto Approval and Auto Login User options are enabled in your individual form settings. However, we did not receive the Registration Success email during testing.
Please check whether the Registration Success email is enabled by navigating to: User Registration & Membership > Settings > Emails > To User and enable the Registration Success email toggle.
Also, go to User Registration & Membership > Settings > Emails > General, fill in the From Name and From Email Address, and then send a test email to confirm that the email settings are working correctly.
If your site’s email setup is working correctly, you should receive the test email. If you do not receive it, your hosting provider may need to fix the email configuration.
As an alternative, you can configure SMTP on your site using an SMTP plugin. You can follow this guide to set up SMTP with the SmartSMTP plugin: https://docs.themegrill.com/docs/smartsmtp/
