# Version 1.12 error – Uncaught TypeError

 * Hi,
    I updated from version 1.10 to 1.12 and it has caused an error with a Custom
   Post Type with custom fields. The TinyMCE editor does not load and I cannot switch
   between the Text tab and the Visual tab. The console gives the error “Uncaught
   TypeError: Cannot read property ‘external_plugins’ of undefined” and references
   the file /wp-content/plugins/wp-image-zoooom/assets/js/tinyMCE-button.js?wp-mce-
   4506-20170408 on line 4. And also references wp-includes/js/tinymce/tinymce.min.
   js.
 * It’s obviously conflicting with the WordPress TinyMCE editor.

 * thank you for mentioning this.
 * I’ve modified the code without making a release. Would you please uninstall the
   previous zoom plugin version and reinstall it from the WordPress.org, or alternatively
   [from here](https://www.dropbox.com/s/dfvaxtohszw4p0c/wp-image-zoooom-1.13-beta.zip?dl=1)(
   it’s the same code). Make sure you purge the caches and see if this solves your
   problem.
