I had to disable the plugin using cPanel to get site back up. Deactivating 404Page restored accessibility. Unfortunately the problem did not occur neither during my own tests nor the tests conducted by two external persons. * I was not able to find an error in version 10.1 so far. Also a code check did not find any problems. * I have reopened the ticket and will continue research.
