 * Hi there.
 * I was experiencing a fatal error for Version 13.3.8 and then proceeded to download
   your hot fix to patch this.
 * Unfortunately I am getting database connection errors: Error establishing a database
   connection.
 * And I found this in the debug logs: PHP Fatal error:
 * 2024-10-10T16:59:56+00:00 CRITICAL Uncaught Error: Class “AdTribes\PFP\Factories\

 * Please can you assist. My site has had a considerable amount of downtime because
   of this.

 * Hi [@timveck](https://wordpress.org/support/users/timveck/) thanks for reaching
   out.
 * Database connection errors are unlikely to be caused by a plugin. Would you be
   able to check with your host about that one?
 * Related to the error log, would be great if you could give me a copy of your
   debug info so we can check on this. Here’s how: [https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/send-your-debug-log-to-support/](https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/send-your-debug-log-to-support/)

 * Hi there.
   You are correct that was sent in panic mode. I received fatal error
   for Version 13.3.8 and then DB errors occurred after despite updating the plugin.
   One of the fixes done by our host was to disable the default wp-cron and configure
   it to run on the cpanel instead.The feed plugin then threw the following error:“
   WARNING: Your WP-Cron is disabledWe detected that your WP-cron has been disabled
   in your wp-config.php file. Our plugin heavily depends on the WP-cron being active
   for it to be able to update and generate your product feeds. More information
   on the inner workings of our plugin and instructions on how to enable your WP-
   Cron can be found here: My feed won’t update or is stuck processing.”Having reverted
   the set up, the DB connection errors occurred intermittently and I found the
   following in the log:[15-Oct-2024 03:35:24 UTC] Cron reschedule event error for
   hook: action_scheduler_run_queue, Error code: could_not_set, Error message: The
   cron event list could not be saved., Data: {“schedule”:”every_minute”,”args”:[“
   WP Cron”],”interval”:60} Would it be possible to get the plugin to ignore the
   fact that the default WP-cron set up has been disabled?We would like to continue
   to use your plugin.Thank you.

 * Hi [@timveck](https://wordpress.org/support/users/timveck/),
 * The warning for our plugin on WP Cron being disabled, you can safely ignore that
   as you are using server cron to do the updates. Though, we do use this WP Cron
   to refresh the feeds; it being left disabled the feeds refreshing might work
   as intended.

 * Hi there.
   Our product manager has noted that the woo product feed pro plugin
   is not working correctly:“Update: feed did not update/refresh over the weekend,
   please could I also ask you to check with Krystal if there is anything they can
   do to manually add the job to cPanel. Thanks!”This is after we set up CRON jobs
   to run via C-Panel.Could you please advise on on how we can manually set up a
   cron job on our side and what file to target in the plugin folder for this custom
   CRON job please.

 * Hi [@timveck](https://wordpress.org/support/users/timveck/) ,
 * We have a guide on running server cron, read here: [Can I disable the WP-cron and run a server cron and still use your plugin? – AdTribes](https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/can-i-disable-the-wp-cron-and-run-a-server-cron-and-still-use-your-plugin/)
