You are correct that was sent in panic mode. I received fatal error for Version 13.3.8 and then DB errors occurred after despite updating the plugin. One of the fixes done by our host was to disable the default wp-cron and configure it to run on the cpanel instead.The feed plugin then threw the following error:“ WARNING: Your WP-Cron is disabledWe detected that your WP-cron has been disabled in your wp-config.php file. Our plugin heavily depends on the WP-cron being active for it to be able to update and generate your product feeds. Our product manager has noted that the woo product feed pro plugin is not working correctly:“Update: feed did not update/refresh over the weekend, please could I also ask you to check with Krystal if there is anything they can do to manually add the job to cPanel.
