 * Hi there,
    I’ve just reverted back to 1.1.1 after testing 2.0.0. In v2 you’ve
   added a PayPal iframe button on the cart page which I do not want there and I
   could not find a setting to turn that off. Is there a way to turn it off like
   in functions.php? A hook or something? I don’t want to load the iframe and then
   set display to none.

 * You can disable the PayPal Express Checkout button in the following places:
    –
   Single Product Page – Cart Page – Mini Cart
 * Just go to Express Checkout Gateway Settings and at the bottom of the page you
   can select where you want to see the buttons.
 * If you don’t want to have Express Checkout Gateway enabled just disable it.

 * Thanks for the info Guido!
    i did not notice that there was an extra PP Express
   checkout added. It was the last one one the list and I had to scroll down to 
   see it. Now everything is back to normal.
