 * Troubles holding comments for approval in 2.2…
 * For some reason all comments go directly through, for all to see, without being
held, no matter how it’s configured. Is this a 2.2 quirk, and how do I fix it?
 * I’m familiar with the discussion options and holding comments in the moderation
queue by number of links or by using the checkboxes in discussion options page,
with or without users registering in general options page. It worked just fine
in earlier versions, but I’m having technical troubles now in version 2.2. I’ve
even tried deactivating plugins, the earlier versions didn’t give me this problem
   with the same plugins installed.
 * Can someone give me a clue?

 * Maybe some plugins need to be updated, too? Many plugins have /need newer versions
in order to work with 2.2.

 * Thank you Moshu, yes it was a plugin interfering with the holding comments for
moderation, Spam Karma was the trouble so I turned it off but may try to upgrade
it and bring it back later. For now, without Spam Karma, the moderation que works
fine in earlier and 2.2 versions.

 * I just upgraded to WP 2.31 and now my comments aren’t being e-mailed to me to
approve. If I go to the site I can approve them and it works fine.
 * I wonder if anyone else has had a problem since upgrading?
 * What plugin would cause this? I have these plugins on my site listed [here.](http://tensixteen64.com/journal/plugins-used-on-10-16-64/)
 * I just deactivated the better comments manager, but it doesn’t seem to have helped.
I also deactivated the preview comment plugin, still didn’t help.
 * I had a problem with some plugin in the last version as well, but I dumped that
   completely.
 * Any insight would be great, thanks in advance.
 * Sara
