# Version 3.0 HTML / CSS markup changes

* Version 3.0 of the widget will be released shortly. In the new version the HTML
markup and CSS will change.
* If you have not made any CSS customisation of the widget this will not impact
you.
* The change to the markup is to modernise the HTML/CSS and also make it work better
on larger page layouts, not just narrow sidebars, as many now use page builders
to insert widgets into pages.
* It will also lay some of the future the foundation operating as a block.
* However, if you already have customised the CSS and are happy and don’t want
to make changes, we have created a plugin that will install the legacy pre 3.0
