nampara17 I would like to know how you got your fix taken care of. I’m not that unfamiliar with google api codes but would appreciate the help with the plugin code.
Yes upload a updated version of the pluggin please .
For my customer i was oblige to buy a a pluggin but i im interessted to have the free version. We all wait your “code modifications”.
Thanks a lot .
@nampara17
Would you please share your code modifications? I have the API key ready. Just need the updated plugin code.
Thanks for sharing!
Would be happy to – but I have changed the structure of the directory (sub dirs) quite a bit to conform to the new methods. Almost a new plugin- but still retains similar coding to the previous version.
Mostly taken from here:
http://fullcalendar.io/docs/google_calendar/
Here’s what they say:
On Nov 17th 2014, Google shut down V1 and V2 of their Calendar APIs, which FullCalendar relied upon. Please upgrade to the latest version of FullCalendar or at least replace gcal.js with this file (will work down to FullCalendar v2.0.0). Also, your own Google Calendar API key is now required.
If anyone is interested I could re-write or branch the plugin – but (kind of) would be taking it away from original author. Happy to work alongside the original author if they are happy to do so – or re-write the plugin…
What’s the concensus…?
I would vote for a branch. The original author does not seem to be around… Anyone else?
I find a easy solution you take demo of http://fullcalendar.io and you put a iframe in your wordpress .
Hi there, how can I get your version of this plugin? I cant believe how hard it has been to find a way of making a Google calender look nice on a word press site!
