 * I updated to the new version of WordPress and can;t find the publish button. 
   Or the tags field.
 * I also get this warning: Warning: Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare(), called
   in /home/content/82/4845082/html/wp-content/themes/tarski/library/helpers/admin_helper.
   php on line 302 and defined in /home/content/82/4845082/html/wp-includes/wp-db.

 * Anyway to fix it or revert to the previous version of WordPress?

 * That problem is coming from an error in the Tarski theme (as per the error message).
 * We have a post on this specific problem:

 * There are instructions there to disable the error message, but you should also
   contact the author of your theme to tell them to fix the potential security issue
   that this notice is warning you about.
