    Hi theonlybob, have you tested a different theme like a WordPress default theme Twenty Thirteen?

    How much memory do you have allocated to WordPress? What PHP version are you running?

    I have Fast Secure Contact Form running in WordPress 3.8.3, 3.9.1 and 4.0 Alpha without any problems.

    I set it on twenty fourteen and it let me activate it. However every other page i clicked off of did the same white screen.

    The only other thing to try is delete all the plugins and didnt want to do that….

    PHP version – PHP Version 5.3.27
    memory_limit 16M

    Hi theonlybob, read the following post about the memory needed for WordPress to function correctly. I am sure that once you increase your memory you will stop receive blank pages.
