 * When i install this plugin i get all blank pages. I have deactivated all other
   plugins to see if there is a conflict and it still does the same thing. Do you
   know if there will be an update for 3.9.1?

 * Hi theonlybob, have you tested a different theme like a WordPress default theme
   Twenty Thirteen?
 * How much memory do you have allocated to WordPress? What PHP version are you 
   running?
 * I have Fast Secure Contact Form running in WordPress 3.8.3, 3.9.1 and 4.0 Alpha
   without any problems.

 * I set it on twenty fourteen and it let me activate it. However every other page
   i clicked off of did the same white screen.
 * The only other thing to try is delete all the plugins and didnt want to do that….

   about the memory needed for WordPress to function correctly. I am sure that once
   you increase your memory you will stop receive blank pages.
