Actually, that is the first thing I tried. I have these settings: * max_input_vars 3000 memory_limit 256 * My server does not have Suhosin * I don’t get error message; in fact, it says settings saved. Except nothing gets saved. * I was wrong about previous version too, sort of. After reverting, I was able to save settings once and export settings once, but cannot save or export again. So I am not sure if this is related to version or something else. I did try deactivating all other plugins. It did not help. I did try downgrading to 4.0.26 but that did not help so I think this is not related to version. * I do have 2 forms, one of which is quite large. I don’t think it is host as I can save form changes on other sites, no problem. After testing, this is what I found is happening. I had redirect to another page and captcha both enabled. * After entering 56 fields, redirect to another page disables itself. * If I make one more field (57), captcha disables itself. * I can add more fields and make other changes but cannot re-enable captcha or redirect. * If I delete field 56 and 57, then I can re-enable both captcha and redirect. * I cannot export form settings. Indeed max_input_vars setting needs increase but you need to put php.ini file in wp-admin directory.
