 * I have a message in my WordPress dasboard to update to the new version of this
   plugin however it tells me I must update my PHP version first.
    This is a problem
   because WordPress does not recognize the version of PHP that I have. When I contacted
   my host, which is Network Solutions, they have assured me that our website is
   operating on version 7.4. I don’t know why WordPress does not recognize this
   but it’s causing an issue as now I can not upgrade your plugin. Can you look
   into this please?

 * This upgrade prevention and php version detection is handled by WordPress. So
   we can’t really do anything about that. I sounds like your hosting provider should
   fix the php version constant, which apparently is not set correctly. If they
   fix it, WordPress will recognize the version as compatible.
 * Hope this helps.

 * Hi Rogier, thanks for the prompt reply. I have reached back out to our provider
   and asked them to correct the issue, but I am not confident they will, unfortunately.

   But I appreciate the information on your end. Have a wonderful day.
