 * i can see in the changelog a 2.2 version with correction of the “header already
   sent” bug.
    The download button is still with the v2.1, where can i find the 
   v2.2 ?

    There was a small problem when sending the new version to the WordPress 
   plugin repository.
 * Version 2.2.1 is now available that fixes many bugs.
