Version 5.3.2 breaks other plugins

I use a plugin called pageflip5 ( Version 1.1 ) to display pages in a flipbook style. I wanted to use Google Analytics by Yoast on a multi site to view analytics.
Unfortunately the yoast plugin causes any books created by pageflip to disappear. As soon as i deactivate the yoast plugin, the books appear.
