 * Version 5.+ is a very stable and great contact form with many options. I would
   not recommend upgrading to 6.0+. The email output is awful, the options such 
   as exporting into excel have been removed, the customization and creation of 
   what you can do with fields is gone …. overall, the developer has taken a good
   plugin and downgraded it into junk. Stay with version 5.0+.
