Hi team,

We logged on this morning to change over from the old dashboard to the new portal. When we tried the link (https://autopot-usa.com/affiliate-portal/), which was the same link set in the plugin settings, it redirected us to the news page rather than the new portal. Tried to disable our original affiliate dashboard page, as well as clearing permalinks but neither worked.

Is there something in your docs that we’ve missed? Thanks!

Hi,

Sorry for not replying to this sooner, we did release a fix for this last week. If you have not already please try updating to the latest version, then toggle the affiliate portal off and on again, then it should work properly.

Hi Elliot,

Thanks for the reply, tried the above after updating to 6.0.3 and am still being sent to the news page from the affiliate-portal link.

Hi,

Could you try refreshing your permalinks manually as explained here and give it another try?
