As of now (using free version 4.0.5) you should be able to add this to your WordPress menu using shortcode. Please let me know if you get this to work, or if you need assistance in configuration.

I have done the update to the new version but still don’t find away to put the flags in vertical position. Note the translation box is set as a Menu on the header and not as in a widget.
You can check at the link below. It’s just Specific languages now but I have tried with All Languages for flags to show as recommendation 🙂

After awhile testing a lot of translation plugins couldn’t more satisfied with this final option.
I really recommend it to everyone that needs a easy translation setup whithout needing to much of a configuration.
Is simple, clean, doesn’t slow down and it’s easy to use.
