Perhaps you’re referring to the ‘support’ you ‘requested’ privately:

Is your Pro version as temperamental and sketchy as your non-pro version? Seems your non-pro version only works when it wants to and not per the settings which is extremely frustrating.

If so, our response stands, which we’re happy to publish here for all to see:

I’m sure politely asking if our Pro version would resolve an issue (or asking for help getting our Free version working) would have sufficed.

If you can do this, fantastic – we’d love to help. Let us know what’s going wrong and we’ll worth together to resolve this for you.
