 * Really great features and quite user friendly for the basic functions. Support
   is very helpful, and in most cases they get back to me promptly the same day.
 * My only complaint would be that some of the support documentation for more advanced
   features is a bit out of date, and many could use more detailed instructions.(
   Though when I brought outdated support documents to the attention of the support
   team, they promised to get it updated.) There’s a definite learning curve to 
   implementing custom solutions with advanced features.
 * But overall, it’s a well-rounded solution to a variety of in-depth WordPress 
   functionalities.
