 * There is no guided walkthrough. I had to spend a good time to understand the 
   flow of it. But once I did it, it seems pretty straightforward to book an appointment.
   My suggestion would be to improve the onboarding process. If I was giving review
   for onboarding I would give 3. But as I am judging the functionality I am providing
   5 star
