Very helpful!!

This plugin helped me find that my site was auto-generating images at 768x768px 36KB filesize, that is 3,27 X bigger than the original file size (1024×1024 11KB)

I just checked that size from this plugin and regenerate thumbnails using Force Regenerate Thumbnails plugin, thats all!!! solved.

Now my pagespeed insights test results are better, my website faster and my storage lighter.
