    I found this plugin, the previous plugin that I found was not so good, but with this plugin, I can add a role for a limited “Admin”, that can’t add, edit or delete other users or their roles.

    It’s very good that this plugin is not showing under Plugins by the other “Admin” and can’t disabled or removed from them 🙂

    In combination with the plugin User Switching you can test the user with its role 🙂
