    I emailed late the day before Christmas with a question about the customizer not working, and wasn’t expecting a response until Monday with the holiday, but they replied the next day and helped me with a solution. Very happy thank you.

    Also, we recently discovered an issue with an embed in our email template, and they were able to take a look and fix the problem for me. Thanks again!
