Very Slow Response time On Version 6.4

    After upgrading to version 6.4 my websites have slowed to a crawl. Simply updating themes took 5 minutes after updating to the new version.

    After update to 6.4 Avg. server time has increased 10x DOM processing time 6x!!!! Eshop sales dropped to 0. Thanks

    Edit: Restoring from a backup and reinstalling the update helped.

    Edit2: It only helped for a few minutes. WordPress is slow again

    noticed the backend is slower now as well.

    same problem here. I am on a huge website running fine on php 8.2 and wordpress 6.3.1.

    If I upgrade to 6.4.2 all, backend and frontend, become very very slow

    website becomes unusable, response becomes minutes

    Same here, what did the WP do with 6.4.2 VERY VERY SLOW EVERYTHING

    Can anyone tell the WP to fix it with a new update asap, please?

    How to find and upload the old and fast WP versions instead?

    Came across this thread. It was a few frustrating days. Rolling back to 6.3 till this is resolved.
