Problem with plugin

Please see this thread. I hav a major problem. I need to know how to disable Easy Maintenance mode manually vie the php or other phyiscal file.

I backed up my site and am trying to restore it with the duplicator plugin and method. I need to access the installer.php file of the plugin which allows me to restore the site exactly to how it was, but with a new domain. When I try to access it via. http://www.goyellowsa.com/installer.php the maintenance page I setup with your plugin comes up. Denying me access.
