    I have installed ‘vi’ and it displays correctly on my website. I have two issues:

    1. When I go to the ‘vi’ dashboard though, I get the message ‘Authentication token required’, and there is no info.

    2. If I want to unistall ‘vi’ (and keep WP QUADS), how can I do it?

    About first issue: Contact vi directly: [email protected]

    Second one: Just log out of vi in wp quads and no vi ads are shown any longer

    Hope you are doing well? No, it isn’t pro related. Vi (video intelligence) is another additional ad provider we are natively supporting beside Google adsense. It mainly supports video ads and It’s entirely optional. It also needs an vi account which must be created on vi.ai previously before this service can be used. It’s not active as default and needs active intervention by the user before it can be used. 100% transparent.
