Video Plugin

Personally, I would upload my videos to YouTube then use the Smart YouTube (http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/smart-youtube/) plugin. No reason to use your server to serve videos when YouTube is free. 🙂

Of course, if the videos are proprietary and you don’t want just anybody seeing them, that may not be the solution. In that case I would suggest the All in one Video Pack (http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/all-in-one-video-pack/)
