Video Podcast Subscribe Button

    I have created a video podcast but can’t get the subscribe button to display. (The subscribe button shows up fine if the podcast is audio.)

    Hi @wpodeskstar, are you referring to the subscribe button within the player?

    Yes. I believe I have all the appropriate button checked in the settings.

    At this time, the subscribe button is only available within the Castos HTML5 player for audio-only files. The video player does not yet have that functionality. However, with video podcasting expanding, this may be a good thing to add. If you wouldn’t mind taking a few minutes of your time and submitting your feedback/request to https://feedback.castos.com/tabs/4-new-ideas, that would help put features on our roadmap that our creators would like to see.

    Kelly, thanks for your reply. Now I can stop looking for something that isn’t there 🙂
