video training

Does exist a video training on vimeo or youtube or similar to learn how to configure this plugin quickly? For example I see that I am loosing not few minutes just to configure the basic cookies, like for wordpress (they could be preconfigured too, not?) and woocommerce, and I would like to learn also how to confingure affiliate cookies (like cj and tradedoubler) and google analytics.
