 * Estoy desarrollando una plataforma donde diferentes tipos de profesionistas podrán
   asesorar o atender consultas de los usuarios que paguen los servicios a través
   de este sitio. Esta asesoría podría ser por escrito o videochat. Ejemplo: supongamos
   que una persona desea una consulta con un medico, en primer lugar tendría que
   ver que medico esta disponible y pagar su consulta, posteriormente tendría dos
   opciones para hacer la consulta la primera a través de un videochat y la segunda
   por escrito. Y así con diferentes tipos de profesionales Abogados, Fiscalistas,
   etc. lo cual implica que el sitio debe estar preparado para que se puedan hacer
   diversos videochats entre usuarios y profesionales al mismo tiempo.
    Podrían 
   recomendarme algún plugin, gracias

 * I am developing a platform where different types of professionals will be able
   to advise or answer questions from users who pay for services through this site.
   This advice could be in writing or video chat. Example: Suppose a person wants
   a consultation with a doctor, first they have to see which doctor is available
   and pay for their consultation, then they will have two options to make the consultation,
   the first through a video chat and the second in writing. And so with different
   types of professionals Lawyers, Prosecutors, etc. which implies that the site
   must be prepared so that various video chats can be held between users and professionals
   at the same time.
    Could you recommend me a plugin, thanks
