    Hey there.

    My plugin just piggy backs on the WordPress gallery shortcode that is baked into the core. Unfortunately, you cannot link to videos from WordPress Galleries.

    What you want to do is possible, but you will most likely either have to develop something yourself OR download a third-party plugin like NextGen Gallery.

    Let me know if you need any recommendations for plugins, I’m happy to spend a few minutes looking for you.

    Oh well, it was worth a shot.

    Unfortunately, for me, solutions like NextGEN require me to buy their pro versions to either get masonry- or video support.

    I know, it’s, in NextGEN’s case, $99 well spent, but the project I’m working on isn’t worth wasting money on. I guess it’ll have to work without video.
