Videos are not working on site

    Hi Team,

    This site is owned by one of our customers and is having issues with their videos not playing for their courses

    At first I thought it might be due to a JetPack not authenticating/connecting type of issue so I submitted a help ticket here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/jetpack-not-authenticating-connecting/#post-18442214

    And they advised, “As a VideoPress customer, you are entitled to email support. Please contact us using this form and mention this thread so that we can help.”

    So did so and are hoping you may be able to help us further
