View shop orders

Hi, I wanted to change my Shop Manager role to only read/edit/delete orders.

I used these two tutorials:

and it seems my user role is now working up to viewing the list of all orders. However, my problem is they cannot click to open individual orders. A ‘critical error’ occurs. Also they are not able to click the ‘eye’ icon next to the orders for quick view either.

I can confirm I have checked/selected ‘edit orders’ and ‘edit others orders’.

Do you know what I am doing wrong? Thank you 🙂
