Viewing previous donations/donors

    Hello all –
    I may have made a huge mistake, but I’m hoping you all can help. Anyways, I was put in charge of redesigning a local SPCA’s website. I remember clicking “export” on the donations tab, however I cannot find the file at ALL on either of my computers. The document contained very important information that we need and I don’t know if I can get it back. Would I be able to pull up the website’s old files and find them through that or am I SOL?

    Ouch. Okay, let’s look at what you might be able to do. Let’s talk about the website. Is it something you’re running locally or on a service provider’s server? The donation data would be in the MySQL database for that site, so if you still have the working WordPress site (and you didn’t delete the database), you might be okay.

    Let me know as much as you can and I’ll try to check back tomorrow morning and see if I can give you any more helpful advice.
