Usually, an empty pdf is the result of some other plugin intercepting the content before we can grab it for processing. The “other plugins” option only means that we specifically allow content provided by other plugins and normally visible on the page to place their content there before we process the pdf; it does not mean that we block or unblock all other plugins from functioning.

A known example of this is the NextGen Gallery plugin, which foils us every single time. I have reported this to the plugin developers, and there is an open ticket in their bugtracker for it, but no fix. The issue occurs in that case even when *no* gallery pictures are present on the page, but as soon as that plugin is activated, we get no content to process.

Then maybe this is the case here too, since NetGen is indeed installed…

Closing this for now, as this is a known issue with NextGen. There is a horrible workaround (major hack), but I am working with the authors of NextGen for a better solution.

Thanks for the feedback and follow-up, Peter.

    Reopening…

Peter, can you please try the workaround described in this thread and report your success or failure?

    Thanks
