Poor support and no committed response on time. Didn’t even solved the problem. Its been more than a week.

For this you have to use Carousel (owl, etc) and have to enqueue it’s js and css files and render the products inside the <div> having that class of carousel.
=> “I have inserted the shortcode in the widget which is working fine on all pages except product page. On the product page, it’s displaying twice. I think it might be a default option. But please help me to hide that.”
This is not a default option where ever you use the shortcode the products will display over there only. May be the theme you are using also rendering the related products/ similar products on the product detail page as most of the theme used to do so. That is why products are displaying twice over there.

Why don’t you update your plugin with carousel feature? Even your version is showing untested with latest wordpress.
