# Visitor map doesn't work

 * Hey,
 * first of all: nice plugin, I am using it in multiple sites and it works fine.
 * However, I am running a site where the Visitor Map doesn’t work properly: there
   are no countries highlighted and the map key shows only one color with 80 to 
   80.
 * Is this a known behaviour, or else: what could be the reason?

 * Did you try to disable **all other plugins** and see if you get it working? You
   could also try to disable some browser extensions such as Ad Block or Ghostery.
