# Visual Editor does not work

 * Visual Editor does not work at all, can’t use it.
    Text editor – the buttons 
   do not do anything.

 * There is an error message likely related to that in the console:
    `TypeError:
   window.tinyMCE.activeEditor is null`
 * and if I click on the VisualEditor tab, this error message comes up in console:
   `
   TypeError: c is undefined`
 * But the Add-Media button works 🙂
