   this plugin is being used.

 * This should be fixed in the latest version. FYI – for WYSIWYG fields created 
   by the plugin, there will be no “Visual / Text” tab. To edit the HTML, there 
   is now a “Code” button within the Kitchen Sink.

 * Look in your browser console for any javascript errors. Something is preventing
   TinyMCE from loading for WYSIWYG fields…

 * I’m not able to reproduce the issue. It’s likely a compatibility issue with some
   other plugin. Try disabling all other plugins to see if the wysiwyg appears. 
   If it does, re-enable them one at a time until you find the culprit.
