Visual Editor Not Working in 3.4.2

My visual editor stop working on my pages. It works okay with posts.
When I open a page to edit, I just get a black page, If I highlight the area with the mouse, I could see the text in HTML, If I click on the visual editor nothing happens, Is someone aware of this problem? Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
By the way, I have deactivated all plugins and change the php.ini to a lower version and also tried the prior version of the wordpress, no luck so far.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
