Visual Editor Not Working Properly

    I have updated to wordpress 5 then wordpress 5.1, I have started using the new visual editor Gutenburg. When I start typing a blog post after a few minutes the content dissapears. Then you have a box pop up which says ‘The editor has encountered an unexpected error’. Next to that it then has three options saying, attempt recovery, copy post text, copy error.

    This started happening two days ago and is continuing now.

    I assume it (Gutnberg editor) worked before that.

    If so, this may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/ On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.
