 * Strange, in my visual editor the
    “Add title” and “Start writing or type /to 
   choose a block”
 * Are missing?

 * If that’s not checked, then This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt
   to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem
   goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    Thats not the cause. I checked all users and its unchecked like in your
   pic.
 * All my other wordpress sites are ok. I did notice some small changes in the editor
   today though…was there an update somewhere ?
    For example adding a link, im sure
   the editor displays a slightly different graphic.

 * This for example looks odd somehow. Im sure that arrow to submit link address
   diddnt look like that couple days back?
    Or maybe im loosing it !

 * maybe a plugin? try disabling all plugins and change your theme to twentysomething

 * Something not right with image adding either
    The bottom one is what im getting
   now..the top one normal on all my other sites.
