# visual edtor options

 * I have two admin users.
 * When I view the add/edit post page with user “admin” I see two rows of tool icons
   for the visual editor.
 * When I view the add/edit post page with “user2” I only see on row of tool icons
   for the visual editor. Half the other tools are missing…
 * Users have identical permissions – both administrators.
 * Where did the tools go? I can’t figure out how to enable/disable them.
 * Any help would be appreciated.
